Lady Gaga‘s latest jaw-dropping moment doesn’t seem to have been planned. While running around NYC, Mother Monster suffered a serious wardrobe malfunction, debuting her vagina piercing to the snap-happy photographers.
Unfortunately, Gaga wasn’t wearing any undies, showing her lady parts to the world when the slit of her red dress moved from one side to the center of her body.
Gaga paired her dress with monster shoes, not helping the situation. She should be wearing underwear, or at least test out her outfits before greeting the public in them.

In other Gaga news, the Grammy-winning singer is featured on the latest cover of Harper’s Bazaar. The story is about the “real” Lady Gaga, but the singer doesn’t describe it as going natural.
“I don’t really view it as ‘natural,’ ” she explains to the magazine. “I think that artifice is the new reality. It’s more about just being honest and sincere to the core of what you do. Whether I’m wearing lots of makeup or no makeup, I’m always the same person inside.”
