Dappy insists he is "completely innocent" after being embroiled in a fight at a petrol station.
The 'No Regrets' singer has branded reports he and a pal were involved in an altercation in February as "lies" and insisted the truth will out eventually.
He tweeted: Apparently i got arrested 4 talking 2 someones girlfriend in a P station.
"Surrey police, i beg u leak that cctv footage u showed me in that stinking interview room just 2 show the world that im completely innocent.
"Bunch of liars...Nooooo evidence u scums...F..k Feds..Love u fans x (sic)"
It had been claimed that Dappy and a pal reportedly pulled up at a Shell petrol station in Surrey in February at 3.30am and approached a group of two girls and three men and asked the women to join them in their car.
When Dappy, 24, and his unnamed 27-year-old friend's advances were refused, one of them allegedly spat at the women before another group of up to six men in two cars arrived, leading to an altercation in which the three men with the girls were assaulted and received serious facial injuries.
However, Dappy added: " On My Dads grave noooo one spat at any time (sic)"
Despite Dappy's comments, Surrey police have confirmed they are investigating the incident.
A spokesperson said: "Police are investigating an incident which happened on the forecourt of the Shell garage in Woodbridge Road, Guildford, on Tuesday, February 28.
"Three men were assaulted and received serious facial injuries in the attack.
"A 27-year-old man and a 24-year-old man were both arrested on suspicion of affray."
N-Dubz rapper Dappy - who has two children Gino, three, and 16-month-old Milo, with his on/off girlfriend Kaye Vassell, 21, has reportedly been bailed until May, while his friend was bailed until this month.
