Rihanna has never been shy when it comes to discussing her upbringing in Barbados, shedding light on her days climbing trees with her younger brothers. However, the pop superstar has kept quiet about older siblings in her family.
The 'Loud' creator reportedly has older siblings from past flings her father, Ronald Fenty, had with other woman.
Besides the two younger brothers Rihanna is known to have, it is now coming out that she is the younger sister to three siblings. Her father confirmed that the 'S&M' singer is also an aunt as well, as one of the sisters she has is the mother of two daughters.
Rihanna's eldest half-sister is 32-year-old Kandy, a pharmacy assistant who resides in Barbados. Kandy first met the red-haired songstress when she was 15. She reveals that her daughters Brandy, 14, and Crystal, 11, are avid supporters of Rihanna's career.
"My girls thought she was great fun and now, of course, they love the fact their auntie is one of the most famous singers in the world," Kandy told Britain's The Sun newspaper. "They love her music and are always singing her songs at the top of their voices."
Rihanna's father also disclosed that the Grammy-winning entertainer has a 30-year-old half-sister, Samantha, as well as a 27-year-old half-brother Jamie.
