Dappy wants to duet with Adele - if Rihanna won't work with him.
The 'No Regrets' hitmaker - whose current single 'Rockstar' features Queen guitarist Brian May -has approached the Bajan beauty to sing on his next track, but plans to look to the 'Someone Like You' singer if Rihanna turns him down.
He said: "The record is called 'Dare To Dream' and is motivational music for people who believe they can't do nothing, a battle we have with our own mind.
"We've been in contact with Rihanna's people and while she's busy right now as soon as I get this second number one they are well up for it.
"If it's not her then maybe I'll track down Adele in her big mansion somewhere."
Despite working with Brian on 'Rockstar', Dappy admits he still feels overawed by the legendary musician.
He added to the Daily Star newspaper: "Every time I speak to that geezer I get starstruck, my mouth starts mumbling.
"Brian is like, 'Dappy, talk to me son, make sense.'
