The saxophone player who toured with the band was thought to have committed suicide.
Thomas Christian Marth, a saxophonist who played on tour with rock back The Killers, has been found dead in Las Vegas after committing suicide.
The 33 year old was confirmed as dying from a gunshot wound to the head.
The Killers posted a message on their Twitter account, telling their fans of the sad news.
The post read, “Last night we lost our friend Thomas Marth. Our prayers are with his family.There's a light missing in Las Vegas tonight. Travel well, Tommy.”
