Lindsay Lohan can't catch a break, Days after she began filming her big comeback movie, Liz & Dick, the actress was on her way to the Malibu set and got into a horrible car accident.
According to the Santa Monica Police, she collided with a semi-trailer truck while driving along the Pacific Coast Highway this afternoon. Her Porsche was totalled, and RadarOnline.com confirms she was rushed to Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center.
She was driving the vehicle and her assistant was in the pasenger seat.
It's rumored the starlet wasn't hurt seriously, and a source told Hollyscoop.com the crash may have been paparazzi related.
The cast and crew waiting for her on the set of Liz & Dick tell Eonline.com they're concerned.
"We are shooting around her waiting on a definitive medical answer," Larry Thompson, executive producer of Liz & Dick, said.
