Katherine Jackson plans to share the guardianship of Michael Jackson’s three children with TJ Jackson.
According to TMZ, Michael Jackson’s mother will probably file a joint guardianship request with Paris, 14, Prince, 15, and 10-year-old Blanket’s cousin TJ Jackson.
TJ got the kids’ guardianship on July 25.
“That pleading will essentially now legally reflect how Mrs. Jackson and T.J. have often shared responsibilities of raising the children since Michael Jackson’s tragic passing”, Katherine’s attorney, Perry Sanders, told TMZ on Friday, July 27.
Yesterday, 82-year-old Katherine returned home from Arizona. Katherine told ABC News that she was devastated that her grandchildren have been taken away from her while she has been away. “I am here today to let everybody to know that I am good and fine. My children would never do anything to me like that”, she said.
