She is shown cleaning her teeth, surrounded by make-up artists and stylists.
To her three million Twitter followers, the "TiK ToK" singer tweeted the caption, "Just n*ked brushing my teeth pre VMAs!"
When Ke$ha, 25, turned up for the glittering occasion, however, she looked stunning in a black lace minidress.
