Sally Struthers was arrested on the charge of driving under the influence in Maine.
The 65 year-old actress was pulled over shortly after midnight about 40 miles south of Portland.
Sally was taken into custody where charged with a misdemeanor - operating under the influence; she posted $160 bail.
Miss Struthers is starring in the stage version of '9 to 5' in Maine. She has a court date set for December.
