Carrie Underwood brought the 12-year-old boy onstage for a quick smooch.
When the 29-year-old country crooner saw the boy's sign asking her to be his first kiss, she happily obliged.
Once the tween was onstage, she asked him "How are we going to do this?" The little guy, named Chase, quickly replied "Lip to lip." As the crowd roared in approval, Carrie gave the lucky dog a quick peck on the lips.
On Saturday, the singer tweeted, "Thanks, Chase, for the kiss, and thanks Louisville for rocking so hard tonight! We had fun! #liptolip.”
