Britney Spears is about to embark on a whirlwind press tour to promote her new album and will hit the stage in Las Vegas this Friday for what's being called her "big comeback."
According to RadarOnline.com, Spears will perform at a free MTV special at the Palms Casino Resort, marking the first performance of songs from 'Femme Fatale.' Her seventh studio album drops March 29.
"MTV is planning this as part of her big comeback, and they will be shooting her behind the scenes and airing a special before the end of April," said a source close to the event.
Fans hoping to get a glimpse of the pop star at the event can register at Onset Productions for tickets.
Spears won't be the only star at the event. Pauly D of 'Jersey Shore' fame will DJ the event -- no doubt part of his new contract with the hotel.
After her Vegas performance, Spears will head to San Francisco on March 27 to film a special concert that will air on 'Good Morning America' on March 29.
