According to Us Weekly, Kardashian and Spears have met each other a few times before. "Kim has been to [Spears'] concert a few times. Britney and Kim love each other," says a source, who added that the two chatted about "normal girlie things."
Both ladies bared some cleavage at the party, held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Spears donned a plunging Herve Leger dress, while Kardashian showed off her best assets in an Antonio Berardi gown
