The video for Jessie J’s ‘Laserlight’ featuring David Guetta leaked ahead of schedule today.
The video, lifted from her triple-platinum selling ‘Who You Are’, was not due to premiere until tomorrow but she told her fans to go for it. Jessie J sure knows how to milk an album. But I don’t like the song and it’s
evident that Guetta recycled it from his back catalogue (‘Titanium’ to be more precise).
Jessie looks great in the video but she could have done a bit more than go to a party and dodge some lasers. Although standard-fare at best, this was a very predictable visual. I am ready for the next chapter from Jessie J. It’s time for a new album.
