Madonna once again proves that no distance is too far to travel when it comes to entertaining her fans.
The pop legend offered up evidence of just how hard she's been working when she posted a pic to Facebook of a heart-shaped bruise on her backside. The bruise was one of several small injuries—including some cuts and a fat lip!—that the pop icon, 53, received while rehearsing for her upcoming Girls Gone Wild tour.

The tour kicks off in Tel Aviv on May 29, which will take her through the Middle East and across Europe into North America, ending in Miami in 2013. Her new album will precede the tour, launching on March 26.
If the Material Girl's video for her single "Girl Gone Wild" is any indicator of what's to come on the tour, we can expect a lot more bumps and, quite possibly, a pulled hamstring.
